Hi! I’m Heidi.
I am a person who loves helping others.
Around 10 years ago I started helping friends and family work through the emotional side of their clutter by guiding them through the process of letting go of what no longer served them and handling the physical side of their clutter by recycling or repurposing the items for them. Joy can be found in knowing your items have found a new home.
And I found that I loved it!
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and worked for SAIC for 20 years. After the birth of my youngest daughter, I became a full-time mom. As I approached the empty nest phase of my life, I decided to start decluttering my own things and rediscovered my love for getting rid of what no longer served me and…Cluttersense was born.
“The less you have, the more free you are”

I understand there can be so many emotions involved when it comes time to go through old things. And a lot of times, the thought of going through our stuff is attached to a fear of change, or sadness about closing the book on one chapter of your life, of guilt for getting rid of items that have been passed down in your family.
I get it. I still have clutter, but every day I let go of a little bit more; and you can too!
Decluttering is a journey not a destination and I am here to travel on this journey with you and help you to create a new vision for your space.
Once you break through the mental and physical resistance to your clutter, my hope is for you to create space for making new memories and life filled with more freedom and joy!
